TEXAS FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION- ServSafe Starters -English or Spanish-Discounted by quantity ordered. Texas Food Handler program is accredited by the Texas Department of State Health Services-(Permit #1). This program is accepted by all Texas Health Departments, that require employees to receive a Texas Food Handler permit. Covers all key areas !NOTE: Trainer must be a manager or designated employee of the operation where employees are trained. It is not permissable to self train or sign your own certificate. TDSHS regulations particularly deny this conflict of interest. This program can easily be incorporated into existing training. Each book contains an exam and certificate (answers come with each 10 pack for managers), the Manager or Trainer signs the certificate when hourly employees pass the test. Employees present the certificate to their health department to receive their permit.
