2012 Texas ProStart Invitational State Winners

On March 3, 10 culinary arts teams and 9 restaurant management teams met in Austin at Round Rock High School to compete in the state finals of the Texas ProStart Invitational. The Academy of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management at Byron Nelson High School in Dallas took first place in the management competition and Miller Career & Technology Center in Katy placed first in the culinary competition. These two teams will represent Texas in the National ProStart Invitational in Baltimore in April.
