Culinary Educators Training Conference
This two and a half day conference is held each summer and is designed to provide culinary arts instructors with the skills and knowledge to reach the highest levels of culinary standards in their classrooms.

HEAT members: $257
TX ProStart members: $250
Non-HEAT/Non-TX ProStart: $300
Deadline for registration is June 1
Attendance is limited to the first 120 attendees
Attendees experience hands on lab time with industry experts, learn the latest in culinary trends and network with their peers and industry professionals.
